tittle:"Run away from the jungle"

this game is based in a maze game the game is visually pleasing. In my opinion this game was meant for audience around 15-20 years old because the maze is very difficult. the instruction in this game were pretty clear and the game did show a beginning and an end. I will play this game a gain just to beat it, which is one of the reasons why ill recommend this game. If I were to improve my peers game I will had added two more levels with one easy level and another medium level so the player doesn't get bored of playing the same maze over and over again.

tittle: "Falling stars"

As you can see this game is very straight forward you have to get to a spaceship without letting any start hit you and if you do you'll lose. the game is some what visually pleasing but for the target audience is meant for is perfect because the game looks like it has a target audience of 6-10 years old. the instructions are clear and the game does show a beginning and an end. I will play this game again because is challenging and because it never gets you bored. If i were to change something in this game it would be the tittle because I don't thing the tittle is the best for this game.

tittle: "Park In Space"

this game is about parking a car on a specific place without touching any thing else. the game was somewhat visually pleasing but again for the target audience is good enough. the target audience according to me is from the ages 5-8. The instructions on the game were clear and the game did show a beginning and an end. I will like to play this game again just to kill time not to beat it because the game is not very difficult to play. if I were to improve something in this game it would be the level of difficulty because its really easy.

Summary:
 
      Yesterday, March 20, 1013 My classmates and I attended an expo given by QCC (Queens borough community college) at their campus. at the QCC trip we experience how a college school operates and what programs they offer especially for technology and also for many other fields besides technology. I think that this trip to QCC was an important trip because we got to see what the school can offer us as future college students and also because we need to know how college works and what we should do before we attend college and during college as well. In this trip I meet many students and school councilors at QCC that give us advice and feedback from their personal experience at QCC and also to help us technology students get ready for the next big step in our life "College".
      In the past Iv'e gone to 3 college trips, two to NYU and one to Ithaca College and I plan to go to NYU again because the experience in that school was beyond great,  we took a class with a very well known business professor in the United States and I also hear many testimonies from graduates that are now making millions in the market. I also plan to visit Baruch college, john jay college of criminal justice and hunter college as my CUNY options and also because they are very competitive schools.
      Going back to yesterdays trip I did meet my expectations for this particular community college because I know that the school doesn't have a lot of money to invest in teachers nor have a high- competitive material like other schools. my expectation was that they will be a lot of students from a low class income but with a very competitive education and willing to work hard to accomplish their goals in life and thats what I saw I also saw very humble students which is a major factor for success. the only thing I didn't like about this particular trip was the behavior of the other students specially from the cisco class who are supposed to be more competitive students then us from web design. In the next trip I will change the amount of students attending the trip and only take those who are serious about learning and are dedicated to going to college.

Introduction to flash:

This past friday Ms.ramirez introduced flash to us. at first I was excited to learn and use flash because I knew it was animation which is cool but after the first two labs we did in class I realized that flash was not as easy as I tought it would be. The think that I liked about flash is that the animation that you built in it can be very useful in a website and it can also help you develop more creativity in your work. although flash doesnt seem easy to master I am eager to learn more about and try my hardest to master it because a good webdesigner should know how to use everything.

CTE Expo review

      This past friday the CTE expo was meant for freshmen to actually see the tech careers that the school offers them and see what they are interested in learning for the next 3 years. The expo didn't meet my expectations for many reasons one of the reasons was that the freshmen didn't know what section they wee looking at this should've been a very important factor in the expo and I believe this happened because cisco was sharing room with us. Another reason why the expo didn't meet my expectation was that most of the freshmen didn't want to really see the expo, I guess because they don't think that its really important.

       For these reasons something different that I would do next time is that when the freshmen come inside the room the first thing I will do is explain how the expo is organized and what sections they should look at first. I will also suggest the english teacher to explain to them how important the expo is in their high school career and maybe in their life. Maybe next year in  the expo, more freshmen will be more interested in seeing the academy.

Smart Goal:
My goal in DIgital design is to master the programs like dreamweaver and fireworks and others that we have learned
Specific: I want to be certified in dreamweaver and in photoshop as soon as possible.
Measurable: I will tell if i'm getting confident using he programs and I will also pass the exams.
attainable: my goal can be achievable if i use resources like the internet and notes from before.
Realistic: some of my obstacles to accomplish this goal would be to buy a computer but it will not be too hard to accomplish my goal because i have prior knowledge on the programs.
Timely: to accomplish my goal I am giving myself one month

the project's goals were to create a perfolio in a website with our best work so far. today i visit some class mate's websites and one of them was jonathan for jonathan i noticed he used a lot of designing  from photoshop which was very good because it made the website very cachi. i think he could've used a little more from dreamweaver, like creating rollovers. Some of the weaknesses of the website was that jonathan's project links didn't work. but besides that the website worked perfectly. and his website looked very origional. I also saw yanelis website and for her she had a very traditional background which i liked she also showed that she used photoshop to make her web page unique. one weakness is that she didnt gave organization for her labs and projects. i also visit santiago's website and i really enjoyed it because he make a very organized page and with all pages and links working. i also liked the rollovers he made. one weakness his website was that the background was too simple. Over all all of my class mates made a great job! with the project.

project 2

in the start of this project  my goal was to create a website that will identify my character and my style of design.after completing the project i was proud of my result, but i know i could've done better ,i know that if i dedicated more time to the photoshop coloring the website would've look better. over all i learned how to use wireworks and how to customize my website. i learned how to do things i leaned in html in fireworks with faster and more detailed in my webpage.     -Martino
